Can you answer that easily?
Most people say its our customer service, or our experience. And that may be the case, but I would challenge that and say is it really? Have you spent time really working out your Unique Selling Point (or USP)?
Is your point of difference obvious from your marketing endeavours? Can I easily see that from your social proof or your website?
Is it evident to me why I should choose you over your competition?
If you are not able to articulate it, then chances are your potential clients won’t be able to either. That means you’re competing solely on price, and no one wants a race to the bottom do they?
