One on one coaching sessions would either run weekly or monthly depending on what is right for your business.
Each coaching session will be 1 hour in duration and we will spend the time working on the activities which will add most benefit to your business.
At the start of our coaching relationship we will spend between half a day and a full day working on what you want to achieve, so we will have an over-arching plan. This plan will include us spending some time on what you want your business to GIVE you …what kind of lifestyle do you want the business to support?
Once we have a good level of clarity around both your life and your business, we will break it down into bite-size manageable chunks which will set the wireframe for our one on one coaching plan.

2 x one hour ,one-to-one sessions per month

For Co-Directors
4 one hour , one-to-one sessions per month
Program includes:

Investment £2500+VAT per month
For Company Directors and their Leadership teams and wider teams
6 x one hour, one-to-one sessions per month
Program includes:
Sessions are held either remotely via Zoom or in person for Team Sessions.
Investment from £3500 +VAT per month ( depends on team size and number of coachees)
For start-ups / solopreneurs / contractors
10 one hour, on-to -one sessions in total
