Why choose One on One Coaching and why would it benefit you?
- One on one coaching is suitable for businesses who are doing well but feel they could achieve more. You will probably have a business which is successful, but perhaps you are working too many hours and spending all your time at work. It may the business isn’t generating the profit you think it should, or the team aren’t fully motivated and focussed.
- Building a successful business which runs without you doesn’t happen by chance it takes focus and determination. Business Coaching will help you achieve this
- One on one business coaching delivers results and can make a real difference to your business, and you as the business owner or MD. As well as results the more you can get your business to work independently, the more you will increase the value of your business. This is important if you are considering selling the business.
- Ultimately we our aim is to have a Profitable Commercial Enterprise which can run without you. Therefore you can choose to be as involved as you wish in your business.
Clients often tell us that running a business can be a lonely place at times,and having the support of a business coach is invaluable to have an independent person to confide in. In our one on one coaching session we will get the opportunity to go into your business in detail, and really understand it at its core.
Investment
From £1500+VAT – £5000 VAT per month depending on business size
You should be prepared to invest for at least 12 months, provided you are seeing significant, tangible results and of course are enjoying the process.
What should I expect?
One on one coaching sessions would either run weekly or monthly depending on what is right for your business.
Each coaching session will be 1 hour in duration and we will spend the time working on the activities which will add most benefit to your business.
At the start of our coaching relationship we will spend between half a day and a full day working on what you want to achieve, so we will have an over-arching plan. This plan will include us spending some time on what you want your business to GIVE you …what kind of lifestyle do you want the business to support?
Once we have a good level of clarity around both your life and your business, we will break it down into bite-size manageable chunks which will set the wireframe for our one on one coaching plan.
Investment starts from £1500+VAT, you should be prepared to invest for 12months
All one-to-one programs include:
- Weekly or fortnightly coaching sessions
- Creation of clear action plans during each session
- Quarterly 90 Day Planning Workshops
- Full email and phone support, directly from your coach, between sessions
- Reviews & critiques of your marketing strategies, management systems, sales processes, time mastery, recruitment systems and anything else that’s relevant
- Templates and tools to conduct key business activities
- Access to our educational library including books, video education system, webcasts, whitepapers
- Access to additional world-class training eg. Brad Sugars Annual Tour, Business Excellence Forum
- Our absolute commitment to coach you towards your stated goals and hold you accountable for taking action to achieve them
Director Coaching
For Single Company Directors
Typically for businesses of £500K + revenue
2 x one hour ,one-to-one sessions per month
Support includes:
- Open communication with your coach between sessions
- Full day Strategy session per year
- 2 places at Quarterly Planning sessions
- DISC Behavioural Assessments for all coachees
- Membership of ActionCOACH community
Sessions are held remotely via Zoom
Investment from £1500 +VAT per month
Onboarding fee £1500+VAT ( one off payment)
This will cover a full day together in the first few weeks where we will getting fully clear on your plan and where you want to take the business.
Co-Director Coaching
For Co-Directors
Typically for businesses of £1m+ revenue
3 x one hour , one-to-one sessions per month
Support includes:
- Open communication with your coach between sessions
- Full day Strategy session with Leadership Team per year
- 2 places at Quarterly Planning sessions
- DISC Behavioural Assessments for all coachees
- Membership of ActionCOACH community
Sessions are held remotely via Zoom
Investment £1850+VAT per month
Onboarding fee £1500+VAT ( one off payment)
This will cover a full day together in the first few weeks where we will getting fully clear on your plan and where you want to take the business.
Team Coaching
For Company Directors and their Leadership teams and wider teams
Typically for businesses of £2m + revenue
4 x one hour, one-to-one sessions per month, additional sessions as required.
Support includes:
- Open communication with your coach between sessions
- Full day Strategy session with Leadership Team per year
- 4 Quarterly Planning sessions with Leadership team per year
- DISC Behavioural Assessments for all coachees
- Membership of ActionCOACH community
Sessions are held either remotely via Zoom or in person for Team Sessions.
Investment from £2500 +VAT per month ( depends on team size and number of coachees)
Onboarding fee £1500+VAT ( one off payment)
This will cover a full day together in the first few weeks where we will getting fully clear on your plan and where you want to take the business.
