So tell me this – what does your finished business look like?
When it can run for you, not because of you? You may still choose to be involved- but that’s a choice. What’s the date going to be – any idea? What does the ideal turnover and profit look like? What’s your cash position? And what structure is in place to ensure the smooth running of everything? What does your finished business look like?
The clearer you get on this the better. Not in your head. Get it out onto a document with as much detail as possible. Perhaps through a clarity break.
You can then do some scenario planning to get it to something which is a plan you can align with.
Then we can figure out the little steps we can take along the way to make it happen.
This is a process. Let’s go with progression over perfection.
